To Advocates BHCP team members: Please fill out all the information in order to register for this Bridge Training and use your Advocates work email address. Space is limited to 3 staff pre-paid slots per training however if the training is full please email [email protected] for more options to register.
If you register and are unable to attend or need to make a change to your registration including transferring spots you must do so within 72 hours of the training date and you must notify [email protected].
YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR THIS TRAINING, HOWEVER YOU NEED TO COMPLETE PURCHASE TO REGISTER!
